A Rapid Development Framework for Microsoft Access

I have been following a system for several years now called EOS or Entrepreneurial Operating System:

EOS – Entrepreneurial Operating System for Businesses, home of Traction tools & library (eosworldwide.com)

It has helped me create a rythym to my work life, helping me to improve it and work on my business each week.

The rythym is very helpful. There is an Annual review, a quarterly review, and a weekly review in which I am constantly looking at my goals and working to keep them on track and decide what’s most important each and every day.

This review pulse is very helpful in keeping me consistent and doing the best I can for my clients. I’ve adapted the approach of the system to my very small 2 employee business as well as to my personal life. I have a Vision Tracking Organizer I update each quarter with new quarterly goals (which are based on annual goals set at the beginning of each year, which in turn are based on a longer term goal which aligns with an overall vision of what I am providing for customers and how I am going to help them). These quarterly goals are assessed weekly to determine what I’m going to do to advance them as well as how that advancement is proceeding.

This system has helped me stay organized and focus on goals to improve my ability to deliver better software and be more effective and productive with my customers.
